Antimony MBE 7N (Sb) Special attention is paid during the packaging process to protect the MBE gradeantimony from any contact with oxygen and moisture. The metal is cast and then packed under vacuumin either a polyethylene film (and then placed in an aluminium foil composite bag).

Application: mainly used for the preparation of Ⅲ - V compound semiconductor InSb, Bi2Sb, GaSb, high purity alloys, electronic refrigeration element materials and germanium, silicon single crystal dopants.

Packing:

1. Plastic film vacuum packaging or polyethylene bottle package after polyester film packaging.
2. They are surrounded by bubble wrap to keep safety and sealed in cartons.
3. Packing can be customized to meet your need.
